Today finds us in Lake Tahoe, CA and Carson City, NV...finally have a WiFi signal for an hour. Lots of updates and loads of pictures...broke one camera, bought 2 cameras and 2 more cards since we've filled everything we bought with us. One computer is filled with pictures...a new record.
Since Tuesday we've been camping in Caples Lake in the Sierra Nevada Mountains...close to last year's spot at Silver Lake. One hike is complete with no injuries although one of us was pulled to the ground by the ground squirrel crazed dog.
Looks like we'll be here for another week? Maybe...lots to do and the weather in southern Colorado less than ideal. Hopefully we can get the rest of our trip updated in a few more days. No phones or WiFi feels somewhat odd, but we're getting used to it.
