Packed up just in time...rain started as we hooked up the trailer lights. We arrived in Bozeman just before the thunder storms hit the area. Thankfully we chose the spend the night in a hotel...no wet dog.
The laundry is done. We even got caught up with posting...whew. Hopefully we can find a camping site tomorrow. While the laundry was getting done Bill and Cooper headed out to Hyalite to check on sites...may have trouble. Tomorrow we'll head out and see if we find an empty one. The National Forest Service has changed their policy...60% of their sites are now on a reservation system. This can create a problem over the weekend since you can lose your site if it has been reserved.
If we can't find a spot we may be back to a hotel...or head out towards Yellowstone. Mammoth CG is first come first serve...but we'd really like to spend a few days in the Hyalite Canyon area. Stay tuned.
